This policy explains what MiniTown (operated by AGI Labs LLC, "we") collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account information: a username, a password (stored only as a secure hash) and, if provided by a parent, teacher or adult user, an email address.
• Game data: your character's appearance, progress, in-game items and photos you choose to save.
• Technical data needed to run the service, such as IP address, device and browser type, and error logs.

How we use it

Only to provide, secure and improve MiniTown. We do not sell personal information, we do not show advertising and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking tools.

Children

MiniTown can be used by children. Accounts for children under 13 are created by a parent, guardian or school, who consents on the child's behalf. We collect only what is needed to run the service. A parent or school can review or delete a child's information at any time by contacting us.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that host and run MiniTown for us, under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while the account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by emailing [email protected].

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and access is limited to people who need it to run the service.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
